I was given a $1600 repair estimate by a different plumbing company (not Elite) and made to wait several days while they had parts delivered…all while my shower head leaked constantly. They also told me I needed a new water softener and tried to sell me a $6,000 one. They ALSO said they’d need to open a wall to do the repair.My realtor suggested I get a second opinion and recommended Elite plumbing to me. The plumber, Jesus, was able to complete the repair without opening a wall, did it the following day, tested my water softener and said it was fine, but needed salt added (which he kindly did for me after I bought more salt), all for under $500. I HIGHLY recommend this company, as they saved me from falling for the gouging of another predatory plumbing company.

Called on a Sat afternoon and they had someone out within 2 hrs. Evaluated my issue and gave me a couple of choices. I didn’t want to waste any more money on my 30+ year old unit, so opted for replacement. They can back out Monday with Install Supervisor to evaluate how to replace the unit in the attic. They were able to install the entire new system on Tuesday. Awesome job even with cutting the ceiling open to remove/replace old unit. They cleaned up everything when done. I gotta say they did an excellent job! I will use them again and refer others.

I’m very disappointed with the service. All the plumber had to do was plunge it, supposedly adjust the timing inside the toilet so it would stop running and charged me $249 which is excessive. The toilet is still running.

Last night the motor on my 10 year old unit went out. I called Elite to come and repair it. The young lady who answered the phone was so polite and was able to assign my problem to a tech right away. I would have given Elite HVAC a 5-STAR rating based on my initial interface with their Sr. Service Technician--Vince D. The Elite installers (team of 3) on the other hand were somewhat careless in dragging the new and old air ducts in and out of my house to/from the attic. Rather than protecting the corners of my white walls, they ignored using corner cones on the floor and clear sheet plastic taped on the upper wall corners. Hence, I had to pay to have these corners scrubbed clean the day after they left.

EliteWe have used Elite for several years for our summer and winter tuneups but no longer have any faith in this company.Approximately May 2024, during our spring tune up, we were told that one of our air conditioning units was not performing well and it was likely to stop working completely. If we replaced the AC unit only, it would not give us the full warranty, but, if we chose to replace the furnace at the same time it would give us the full warranty. We were offered interest free terms, so we went ahead with the replacement.At the Fall 2025 tune up we were told that our duct work needed a lot of work and in addition our 2nd system now should be replaced. This time we became suspicious as it sounded very much like the previous report. We did what we should have the last time and got a second opinion from two different companies.Both companies gave us the same report. The unit was working as it should and “DID NOT NEED TO BE REPLACED”. Both said the duct work need minor attention and we used one of the companies to do this. We won’t use Elite again . Many other better choices are available

I did not appreciate finding your worker Felipe in my. bathroom without asking if he could use it first. I was walking up my stairs and saw the door closed.He saw me when he opened my bathroom door and said to me we are doing a system check which was a lie because my toliet seat was left up.When I went upstairs to check on the status of my job I found one of your employees Alan sitting on my bedroom floor playing video games on his phone and was not wearing his work shirt but only a tee shirt.What made me go upstairs was I could hear all 3 employees laugh really loud and obviously not doing their job.
