This is my first experience with Elite. I decided to have them inspect my furnace after hearing positive things about their company from friends and neighbors. My tech Cristi arrived in time and did a thorough inspection of my unit. I was impressed with her knowledge and professionalism. It was an overall good experience. I was told I have no current issues with my furnace. I will use Elite again in the spring to check my AC unit.

Elite PHAC is the best! They really know what they’re doing! We have had other technicians come to repair on our hydronic heating system and once they checked on the problem, they disappeared- so unprofessional and obviously didn’t have a knowledge about a complicated job. We woke up to our house freezing. Our old unit had finally conked out. Called Elite, they came out and investigated the problem. He came back with a few options that we could do, but since our unit is 20+ years old, we decided switch everything out with new. They scheduled the install the next day. I was very impressed. Less than 24 hours after calling them, we had a new unit warming up our house. Best prices and experienced hvac techs and installers. So glad we called them. Thank you Elite.

Elite was extremely honest and did not try to sell unneeded parts for heater. They stated previous installer of unit needed to replace blower as unit was fairly new. Only paid $39 for service call. Unlike other companies who would have taken advantage! Will def use them again. Danielle at the office was extremely competent as well. I recommend them.

Once again Elite Heating and cooling didn't disappoint. What was to be a routine inspection of the hot water heater turned into a full blown replacement. My wife noticed it leaking prior to their arrival and I called to inform them before the technician arrived. Jesus had the parts needed, performed the repair on the spot and we couldn't be happier with the price. Thanks for being an awesome company

Jesse explained what he was doing the entire process. He came into the house to review the filter location, thermostats and vent location. I expressed an additional concern about having two units, and temperature differences. He shoes me what he thought would be a good fix for this problem. More to come!
