Elite installed new air for us a couple of years ago and we were very impressed at that time. At the one year anniversary, Alan came and did the complementary summer check up. All is well. I told him this unit actually makes the farthest room cool which the old unit never had. Alan was very friendly, polite, and fast. We look forward to seeing him again in the late fall!10/14/22 We love that Elite calls to set up routine checks twice a year. It’s so nice to not have to rely on our own memories! We pay for 2 visits at a time - spring and fall - so this one was already covered. Nathan was wonderful!3/20/25 Christy came yesterday to do our pre-summer a/c check. I love the service from Elite. I’ve been a repeat customer of Elite’s since 2016 or 2017. They installled two new central air units at my house, and later, a new water heater and whole house water conditioner. When I got a very high water bill this month I knew there was a significant leak somewhere, and called them first. They have been so helpful and responsive, and I’m confident we will solve this latest plumbing issue quickly.

Efficient: even though I informed her that I changed the filters two months ago, she checked them. Other than checking our furnace, she also asked if we scheduled our gas water heater pipe flushed. We NEVER realized this was part of our contract. Anyway, we bought a new water heater last month. She still said we could still have this done. So, I will be calling.
