This company is fantastic and I cannot recommend them highly enough!!! Their response time was super fast and they saved us $13,000 on plumbing repairs at our house compared to what a big name company in town was going to charge us AND they found mistakes that the other company had made on the diagnosis of our problem, plus mistakes on previous work they had done! Joe and the rest of the crew were all wonderful to work with, and Joe really knows his stuff. They completed the work so quickly too! I am so grateful that I've found this company and will definitely use them for all of our plumbing & HVAC needs moving forward.I'm adding to my original review because I've used them for HVAC services as well now and I'm still a happy customer! Mana came out to clean our dryer vent and actually arrived early which was a very pleasant surprise since other companies often run late. It’s maintenance check- up the guys did. Five years ago Elite Heating & A/C replaced the whole system and the house is a in excellent condition during summer and winter. I could say the same thing with my water heater .

This is a review about their plumbing service.Our condo was built in 2008. We live on the 4th floor so often times it's hard to find a plumber who is able will service our unit.We've had issues with slow running kitchen, shower and sink drains for years. We've had multiple plumbers come out, charge us $250 for less than 1 hour of work and do the bare minimum to get drains running better but still at a pretty slow rate. The last time, they suggested that the blockage was pretty far down and may need to have the drains jetted.We hired Elite Plumbing due to a recommendation by our building manager who has worked with them before. Leo was able to look at all the drains, diagnose the problem and provided an estimate.It took them awhile to clear the blockages with snake but after that, our drains have never worked better. He and his partner did a fantastic job dealing with our plumbing issues. You can really tell that they took pride in a job well done. He also offered really good suggestions on what we need to do in the future to prevent future blockages.We are grateful for the level of professionalism by the plumbers sent out by Elite. We would highly recommend their plumbing service to others.

He arrived in a timely manner, expeditiously performed scheduled furnace maintenance and left the work area in clean condition.Services: HVAC system maintenance, Heating system installation, HVAC duct & vent installation, A/C preventive maintenance, Heating system maintenance06-19-2021Elite Plumbing Heating & A/C provides 5-star service. Our 18-year old furnace and air conditioning system gave out at midnight of June 17. Armondo & Nick ensured that a technician would be sent to address the problem on June 18. Tech, Anthony arrived and determined the need for a entire new system (for the lifespan of such systems are15-20 years at best per DOE). The installation crew arrived early and worked non-stop, tirelessly in the extreme heat for 8+ hours. We are very pleased with our new system and the continued efforts the Elite Plumbing Heating & A/C provides... for Tech, Matthew returned June 20 @ 8:00 a.m. to perform an entire system check and replaced a new but defective Honeywell thermostat. Armondo and his entire staff have been most pleasant, efficient, professional, knowledgeable and industrious. We greatly appreciate the superior service provided and are very happy with the newly installed system.

Bought a new air conditioner less than a year ago. Furnace stopped working. Technician was there 5 minutes and told me it would cost $250 to do the repair. The igniter on Amazon is $30. Company offered only a 15% discount. $250 for a 20 minute repair and a $30 part. Auto mechanics don't even make this much

From Hero to Zero! Buyer Beware!Updated Review = "Agreed to the upsell when my A/C compressor went out. Purchased a new evaporator coil, condenser coil, and compressor to have matching components and a new warranty. Only needed the compressor.The install was rushed and careless. The plenum box was left hanging with the top separating from the new coil while the air duct seams were left unsealed and pulling from the plenum box. These pieces were intact before the replacement. I was essentially blowing air directly into the attic instead of through the ducts wasting money and losing cold air supply.Trash was left in the attic, and the ceiling hatch moldings were pulled down and sloppily nailed back in place. Overall, an apparent rush job that required a foreman named David to return with a different crew to fix the install.Also, the new compressor is louder than the original one. The new one sounds like metal breaking apart inside the unit when it cycles on and off. Loud enough for David to comment on it and advise me to call them back for a warranty replacement after I replaced the patio cover with a slatted roof to provide better airflow, as he seemed to think this would quiet the compressor down.I replaced the patio cover, emailed, texted, and left voice messages several times since to initiate a warranty claim on the compressor as David advised but was ghosted by Nick, the dispatcher / service manager. The only reply I received was from David, responding to my text, stating he would reach out to Nick to follow up. That resulted in nothing as well. No replies to my voice messages or emails.Bottom line: They will push the upsell and make quality assurance guarantees to close the sale. Workmanship is poor and sloppy. Service after the sale declines and this business will completely ignore customer concerns. I have receipts, emails, text messages, and pictures to support my claims.Previous Review = "Doing business with Elite was great. The service technician, Nathan M., was awesome! Very professional and pleasant to work with. He educated me on my A/C system and informed me on industry standards regarding warranty and maintenance issues. I will use Elite in the future and recommend them to friends and family. Thanks!"
